More than Food
Healthy eating is so much more than food.
Our food traditions, culture, and celebrations, as well as our relationship with food are important parts of who we are. They also connect us to one another.
For over 30 years, March has been the official month to celebrate dietitians and healthy eating in Canada. This month on the blog, I’ll be writing about aspects of nourishing your body that go beyond the food we eat.
