It’s meant to be an evolving and growing list of credible resources about menopause and perimenopause that you can come back to whenever you need. It includes links to health organizations and websites, blog posts, and other resources that focus on helping people understand menopause and manage their health through this transition.
I reference many of these sites often, both to educate myself and help clients find information that is helpful for them. I do include a few links to my own posts where I feel it’s appropriate and have received feedback that the posts are helpful.
