Ingredients
1cupmilk of choice
1ripe bananamedium
1/2cupmango chunksfresh or frozen
2cupsfresh spinach(or 1 cup frozen)
2tbsphemp hearts
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you choose to substitute almond, cashew, or other non-dairy milk (other than soy) I recommend increasing the hemp hearts to 3 tablespoons to replace the protein.
